Return Details:

If you would like to exchange your items, simply return the item within 10 business days of purchase and we'll reimburse the full purchase price (less the shipping and restocking fees). We will provide you with our return address and instructions for sending the item(s) back.

For all products sold on Trinca Ferro, please note that the returns are eligible only in the following conditions:

  • is physically damaged upon delivery,
  • and parts or accessories are missing,
  • is not the same as what was requested.

For acceptance of the returns:

  • The item must be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase
  • The item needs to be unopened and in the same state as when it was delivered.
  • Use your own outer wrapping for the goods if you do not have the outer packaging that was given to you when it was delivered. If you use inadequate packaging, you will be responsible for any damages that occur during transit.

Please note that:

  • Anything indicated on the product detail page as "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns.
  • Certain items may not be returnable in certain circumstances, such as buyer regret situations involving the wrong model or colour of a product ordered or an inaccurate product ordered.
  • For any returns, we do not reimburse shipping or freight costs.
  • Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • You may be subject to additional shipping fees in the event that a delivery is refused for any reason or is deemed undeliverable because of an incorrect shipping address. Please check the details of your order before completing.

Exchange Details:

We can only provide a "free replacement" for damaged items if they are delivered with any damage. Within ten business days of the item's delivery, the client must request a free replacement and provide the necessary evidence. All other product defect requests will be considered as "customer damage". It is highly advised to take a video while unboxing the delivered package to safeguard both your and our interests. This recording can serve as crucial evidence when needed.

Refund Details:

We always reimburse the amount of returned goods after subtracting any relevant fees. For us to handle the refund in the event of Cash on Delivery, the customer must provide bank or UPI details. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of the products being returned to our specified address.

Cancellation Details:

  • Orders that are canceled before shipment are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • If the order is shipped, we reimburse the order after deducting the actual fulfillment costs.
